About me
Michael is currently an economist specializing in real estate markets, with practical experience working with fixed income analysis and commercial real estate lending. He is a CFA Charterholder and has hands on experience with capital market and macroeconomic research.
Michael leverages his skills in Python and SQL to develop analytical tools that allow for innovation in real estate and data driven insights. He also built programmatic tools with Python and SQL through reverse engineering real estate data, as well as developing internal business intelligence tools through PowerBI and Tableau using micro-datasets.
Aside from his technical expertise, he has experience with leading small sized teams in a goal and project oriented setting as an Administrative Officer with the Cadet program. Outside of work, Michael is a Director of Music of a cadet unit military band, a musician (piano & saxophone), an amateur photographer, and enjoys equity strategy development using fundamental, technical and quantitative analysis.
